• Individual Telehealth Session (50 minutes): $250

• I'm an out-of-network (OON) provider. Many of my clients are reimbursed for 60-100% of sessions through their insurance using their OON benefits. I provide superbills for easy submission. Call your insurance company and ask how much reimbursement you will receive for an OON provider using CPT code 90837.

Using your OON insurance benefits for reimbursement

While I do not bill insurance directly, I provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Because coverage varies widely by plan, I encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly and ask the following questions:

• What percentage of out of network (OON) mental health sessions are covered, and is there an annual deductible that must be met first?

• What is the reimbursement rate for CPT code 90837 (individual psychotherapy, 50 minutes)?
